FULL PLANNING

For those who want to enjoy cake tasting, menu sampling and making the final calls on color schemes and floorplan designs without having to worry about the logistics. We will work with you throughout the entire process as we present you options. When it’s time to walk down the aisle, we’ll be there. All services from the Wedding Coordination package are included. Unlimited communication leading up until day of an then unlimited communication on the day, facilitation of the rehearsal, plan meetings, behide the scenes coordination, design + decor, DJ/Band, catering, flowers, seating chart, invitations, sketch out vision with florist and venue.

PACKAGE TWO

PARTIAL PLANNING

For those who don’t mind meeting with vendors and have a vision for what they’d like their day to look like, but need somewhere to start or finish. I’ll be there to guide you through the entire process as you meet with vendors, when you need design ideas, and to keep you on track with a personalized wedding planning timeline. Helps with design + decor, DJ/Band, catering, flowers, seating chart, invitations, steps in 5months before wedding, managing your rehearsal, and anything you need help with. Includes all Wedding Coordination services as well..

PACKAGE THREE

MONTH OF COORDINATION

We coordinate the details and logistics of your wedding day to make sure that everything you’ve spent months planning is executed exactly how you’ve envisioned it on the day of your wedding. Pre-wedding consultations, managing vendors when they arrive, overseeing the final walk through of the venue, managing your wedding timeline, decor set up + take down, seating chart assistance, a wedding-day timeline, helps with anything last minute.

DESTIATION PLANNING

help you design the celebration of your dreams and manage all of the logistical details, research on laws and marriage licenses, help you produce a realistic budget based on your needs and desires, travel guidance, create contingency plans, coordinate with vendors and the venue, timeline management, and family management, manages RSVPs and guest lists, recommendations for a florist, Dj, rental, hair and makeup, negotiate, and catering
